Lead and develop strategies to effectively manage chargebacks, minimize losses, resolve chargeback disputes, and pursue legitimate debts through collections when appropriate. Manage relationships with third party collection agencies, ensuring adherence to performance standards, compliance requirements, and reputation safeguards. Monitor and report on recovery KPIs, trends, and vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement. Partner with Claims, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams on policies, escalation decisions, and process improvements. Leverage AI, technology, and automation to improve recovery outcomes and operational efficiency. Participate in team and leadership meetings, huddles, and training.
