About this role
Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely. We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice .
Summary
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market: Integrations to join our product team. This role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. If you are located near one of our hubs (Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on our designated Anchor Days. Accounting sits at the center of how a law firm operates. Every hour logged, bill sent, and payment received has to land correctly on the books. Clio is an extensible platform, and our goal is to build the best accounting integrations in legal, so that data moves between a firm's practice management and accounting systems seamlessly and accurately. We're looking for a Senior PM who brings a rare combination: experience building enterprise-grade integrations, enough bookkeeping fluency to earn the trust of firm administrators and finance teams, and proven product and design skills that allow you to translate complex workflows into elegant experiences. What Your Team Does Accounting integrations sit at the intersection of practice management and a firm's financial operations, serving law firms from solo practitioners to large enterprises. Your team owns Clio's accounting integrations end to end: maintaining and improving our existing QuickBooks Online and Xero integrations, delivering new ones, and setting the strategy for where the portfolio goes next. The team is also accountable for how those integrations meet the rest of Clio, so that billing, time tracking, and payments move into a firm's accounting system cleanly and stay in sync. This is a domain where accuracy is not optional and compliance is not negotiable. What lands in a firm's books determines what they bill, what they collect, and what they can demonstrate to a client or a regulator. Your team owns that standard: every transaction arriving accurately and completely, for firms of every size, across every platform Clio connects to.
What You'll Work On
Strategic Product Leadership Define and execute a product vision and roadmap for accounting integrations that balances compliance requirements, the needs of the firms using them, and the capabilities and constraints of the platforms we connect to. Own discovery and definition across the portfolio: what data needs to move, in which direction, how often, and what a complete integration looks like for each platform. Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data to ensure every feature ships with the right metrics, feedback loops, and success criteria in place. Customer and Domain Depth Build deep relationships with firm administrators, bookkeepers, accountants, and managing partners to understand how financial decisions are made inside legal practices. Champion both compliance needs and business insight needs — helping firms not just stay compliant, but actually understand what their numbers mean. Translate complex accounting concepts and regulatory requirements into product decisions that are clear enough for a junior developer to build and compelling enough for an executive to evangelize. Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate across Billing, Payments, Reporting, and Platform teams to ensure Accounting integrates seamlessly into the broader Clio product ecosystem. Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Compliance stakeholders to drive adoption and reduce friction for customers. Communicate roadmap and trade-offs with clarity and confidence across audiences — from engineering stand-ups to executive reviews. What You Bring 6+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in B2B SaaS — ideally in FinTech, accounting software, or business operations
