We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Strategy & Business Management – Digital Market Infrastructure to join our Digital Assets team. This role is located in Toronto, ON, Canada. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with the Head of Digital Market Infrastructure to drive strategic execution, business management, and delivery across the organization's portfolio of digital asset and market infrastructure initiatives. Lead resource management, demand planning, and capacity planning across Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring investments and talent are aligned to the highest-priority business outcomes. Oversee strategic program management for key initiatives, driving execution, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and client commitments. Establish governance and portfolio oversight across product development, providing transparency into roadmap progress, delivery health, financials, risks, and executive-level reporting. Develop business operating rhythms and management reporting, including financial planning, headcount management, KPI tracking, investment governance, and executive presentations to support informed decision-making. Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Commercial teams to improve execution, resolve issues, and accelerate delivery of strategic priorities. Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, operating processes, and ways of working, enabling the Digital Market Infrastructure organization to scale efficiently while supporting long-term business growth. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 15+ years of experience in product management or technical product management, ideally within financial services, or market infrastructure. 4+ years of hands-on experience with digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, or adjacent market infrastructure supporting settlement and safekeeping. Hands-on technical fluency: ability to work with engineers on APIs/integrations, read logs and metrics, and use data to validate outcomes and troubleshooting issues. Strong understanding of: Digital asset custody operating models, safeguarding expectations, and control frameworks Wallet types and architectures (hot/warm/cold), transaction lifecycle, and blockchain network mechanics (fees, finality, reorgs) Key management and cryptography concepts, including MPC and HSMs, key ceremonies, backup/recovery, and secure signing Operational risk topics for custody: approvals/entitlements, travel rule considerations, reconciliation, auditability, and incident response Experience supporting multiple blockchain networks and asset types, with a pragmatic approach to adding new networks safely. Experience delivering secure, resilient, and auditable software in regulated environments, including strong SDLC practices, change management, and operational readiness. Proven experience delivering platform products end-to-end, translating complex technical concepts into clear roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs. Execution focused with experience working with multi-disciplinary teams comprising product managers, designers, and engineers. Strong communication skills with ability to gather requirements across cross-functional partners.
