Role Purpose
The Pricing Analyst is a key contributor to Corning's [Confirm division/team name — internal acronym "CET" needs clarification] pricing team, which manages a high volume of Request for Quotation (RFQ) events each year. In this role, you will build pricing models, track commercial activity, and generate data-driven recommendations that directly support the division's revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage record-keeping and tracking for all RFQ activity and deliverables Capture, record, and analyze commercial results, including win-loss data Build and maintain pricing models to support RFQ analysis Develop pricing recommendations for review and approval by the Pricing Manager
Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, or Business 3+ years of professional experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or a related business function Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experiences/Education - Desired
Experience in the automotive or transportation industry Background in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or a quantitative discipline Experience working in a multinational or multi-time-zone business environment
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $81,107.00 - $111,523.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
