Application Engineer is responsible for delivering specialized technical services related to the company’s products and solutions in the field of industrial and process water treatment. The position combines service, technological, and advisory competencies, supporting both customers and internal technical‑sales teams. It requires developing strong technical proficiency, applying best practices, and ensuring compliance with the Six Service Standards. This is primarily a field‑based role performed at customers’ industrial facilities with additional administrative tasks completed in a home‑office setting.
What You Will Do
Technical support — ongoing operation of chemical dosing equipment and monitoring/control instrumentation. Field service — performing service activities at industrial plants in the Płock region (Mazovian Voivodeship) and, to a lesser extent, neighboring regions. Dosing installations — installation of dosing systems and participation in commissioning new projects. Process supervision — overseeing water treatment processes, monitoring operating parameters, and recommending optimization actions. Chemical analyses — sampling water, process streams, or wastewater and performing chemical analyses using a mobile laboratory kit. Audits and documentation — maintaining process documentation, participating in system audits, and preparing service reports. Sales support — collaborating with technical‑sales representatives and contributing to the preparation of proposals for new solutions and customer projects. Customer service — providing technical advice, resolving application‑related issues, and ensuring adherence to customer service standards.
What You Will Need
Higher technical education: chemical engineering, chemical technology, environmental engineering, environmental protection, chemistry, or a related field. Preferred experience in water treatment or an industrial environment (2–3 years). Willingness to engage in long‑term cooperation (approx. 12‑month onboarding process). Category B driving license and availability Monday–Friday. Readiness for occasional training and service travel within Poland and abroad. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office. English language skills. High personal culture, responsibility, communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn and develop.
