Summary: IDEAYA is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end global product planning, procurement, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material availability, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and optimizing inventory. Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills are required to integrate data, automate purchasing, and track lot/batch traceability across global networks. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end planning excellence—from clinical to commercial supply—through the use of advanced planning systems, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This position is based in our South San Francisco headquarter offices and required to be onsite four days per week per our company policy. Reporting to: Vice President, Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain Job Description What you’ll do: Integrated Supply Planning: Help drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), synchronize demand forecasting with production capacity, and minimize excess inventory. Create, develop and manage necessary tools for end-to-end demand/supply planning. ERP Systems Management: Lead ERP (NetSuite) system integrations and act as the subject matter expert for inventory and supply modules. Ensure ERP data integrity for master data, lot/batch tracking, serialization, and expiry management. Assist in implementation and optimization of ERP/MRP systems to improve visibility, data accuracy, and decision-making.
