Understand market or customer needs, and propose & develop solutions that are differentiated from existing options

Understand manufacturing process to optimize design and to support production development & tool-up

Drive and/or support multiple development efforts running in parallel, at different stages

Understand cost drivers and ability to drive improvements and optimization

Prepare product documentation, either individually or with others, to maintain configuration control, to support manufacturing, or to aid customer understanding

Support manufacturing and customers across multiple, global sites

Support and lead technical efforts around re-sourcing, qualification, and production shifts
