Role
Responsibilities Support the design, setup, and implementation of technical solutions based on client and business needs. Work with project leads and other teams to understand, clarify, and document business and technical requirements. Create and maintain data mapping documents, implementation guides, processes, and best practices. Analyze client data to create solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements. Perform data quality checks to ensure data is accurate, complete, and follows required specifications. Work on system configuration, testing, and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and help identify and resolve issues. Identify requirements or client requests that are outside the agreed project scope and communicate them to the appropriate teams. Work with engineering, product, implementation, and other teams to investigate and resolve data, integration, and production issues. Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and on time to meet project milestones. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate concerns when needed. Help improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and best practices to make future projects more efficient. Build strong working relationships with internal teams through clear communication, collaboration, and accountability. Follow all applicable privacy, security, data protection, and HIPAA policies and procedures.

Analytical Skills : Possess a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems. Troubleshooting : Ability to investigate issues and deliver root cause analysis. Communication & Problem Solving : Demonstrate excellence in problem-solving and articulate communication. Adaptability : Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Data Analysis & Excel: Proficiency in Excel and working with data files, including data analysis, mapping, validation, reconciliation and identifying data quality issues. Technical & Programming Proficiency (Preferred): Familiarity with database systems and SQL, along with basic programming or scripting experience in languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
