Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking to welcome a Human Resources / Training Manager to join the team!

The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner with a primary focus on Training & Development, Team Member Engagement, Leadership Development, and Service Excellence. This role is responsible for creating and sustaining a culture of learning by delivering impactful training programs, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, and equipping leaders and team members with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position also provides foundational HR Generalist support across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent initiatives. Hospitality experience is strongly preferred, and Hilton experience is highly desirable.
