The Investment Analyst is a team player, collaborates and works alongside others to achieve the broader company goals and objectives. *This position will work out of our corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities In this role, you will partner closely with the Managing Partners to support investment strategy, deal evaluation, market research, and organizational growth initiatives. Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial and business information into clear, concise business cases and executive-level presentation materials. Analyze financial and operational performance, evaluate market positioning, conduct due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, and develop financial models to assess expected returns. Research industries and market niches to identify growth rates, market size, emerging trends, and best practices. Prepare investment and marketing materials, including private placement memoranda (PPMs), term sheets, and investor presentations. Maintain and track investor commentary, feedback, and interest in target opportunities; monitor market activity to support communications with fund managers and limited partners. Assist in developing scalable processes and operational structures to support Juvo's growth from a startup organization to a franchise operation. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Ability to develop and articulate investment strategies while supporting deal sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence activities.
