Business Development Manager - TikTok Global Entertainment Micro Series

About the team: Our Micro Series Business Development team drives strategic content partnerships and licensing deals that bring compelling short-form entertainment to global audiences. Working at the intersection of content, product, and market strategy, the team collaborates cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, shape production and distribution partnerships, and support the expansion of our micro series business across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities: - Source, pitch, and close partnerships with micro-series producers across studios, production companies, and talent-led studios; partner closely with Legal for negotiations - Monitor and analyse market trends, building pipelines of potential IPs and micro-series producers; producing and presenting reports to Product and cross-functional teams - Work closely with the Product and Product Operations team to operationalize micro-series strategy, acquisition pipeline, production, delivery, editorial & marketing, monetization, and performance
