Job Description
As part of our Digital Workplace Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in the collaboration between our internal Customers and Engineering Teams, along with our Communications Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform, and more. You will work with various stakeholders, including technology teams, business analysts and end users to deliver solutions that meet user needs and drive product success. The ideal candidate will have administration as well as product management experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and have excellent written, communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities
Collect and analyze information, interview subject matter experts (SME), and use knowledge of business systems and processes to create detailed product requirements. Define product scope and objectives through research and data gathering using a demonstrated understanding of operations, systems and industry requirements. Analyze user feedback and determine opportunities for future phases of product lifecycle. Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs. Develop and deliver project business/benefits cases. Serve as a liaison between client business units and technical business units by analyzing business and user needs; defining requirements; and representing the user in the design, development, validation and implementation of appropriate technology solutions. Monitor and report on existing projects, timelines and delivery plans. Propose potential solutions to resolve current user pain points and identify areas of opportunity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customers, engineering, operations and marketing to deliver high-quality products. Assist in planning and implementing change initiatives. Serve as a functional SME, providing internal consulting services to assigned functional area(s); coordinate activities with other functional areas. Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations to stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and feedback. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and iteration. Engage with business both proactively and reactively to listen and obtain feedback on the product. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills/Previous Experience: Ideally three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the administration and product management of Microsoft 365 services focusing on messaging, collaboration, workflow and content management and AI services is preferred. Raymond James knowledge and/or financial services industry experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power Platform. Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience in information technology support and technical documentation. Strong skills in interpreting client input, clarifying issues and developing solutions. Knowledge of user acceptance testing principle, with the ability to develop test plans and scripts.
