We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2 in our Depositary Receipts Operations team. This role is located in Dublin. The Specialist 2, Client Processing Representative in Depositary Receipts Operations plays a crucial role in managing client transactions, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing client satisfaction. This position is integral to upholding BNY's strategic pillars by fostering trust, innovation, and operational excellence. The role supports BNY's principles by demonstrating integrity, collaboration, and client-focused service. As part of the Client Processing job family, this role involves executing complex transactions and resolving client inquiries, contributing to a streamlined client experience. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Analyse transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3 years Financial Services experience preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards. Any AI experience welcomed and strong technology expertise is essential.
