As a Customer Service Manager, you will lead customer service operations and ensure exceptional support for automotive customers. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams to deliver excellent service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Lead customer service operations and ensure customer requirements are met for delivery, quality, and service performance. Manage relationships with key customers and serve as the primary point of contact for service-related matters. Address customer concerns, escalations, and service issues while proactively managing expectations. Oversee customer orders from receipt through delivery and ensure timely execution. Coordinate demand changes with production planning and logistics teams to support customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, support program launches, and manage engineering changes. Lead, develop, and coach the Customer Service team by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs, and supporting employee growth. Monitor service performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Account Management. 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing or operational environment. Experience within the automotive industry and familiarity with customer requirements and service standards. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management capabilities. Equal Opportunity Employer
