Must have skills : SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with expertise in Conditional Contracts Management (CCM) for Vendor Rebates. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting vendor rebate processes in SAP S/4HANA across Source-to-Pay and Procurement functions. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of procurement processes, settlement management, pricing conditions, accruals, rebate calculations, and FI integration.

Analyze business requirements related to: Vendor rebates Volume-based incentives Promotional rebates Growth incentives Purchasing bonus agreements Retrospective rebate settlements Design and configure SAP S/4HANA: Conditional Contracts Management (CCM) Settlement Management Condition Contract types Settlement calendars Accruals and settlement processes Configure: Rebate condition types Pricing procedures Account determination Settlement documents Business Volume determination Implement: Partial settlements Final settlements Delta accruals Manual accrual adjustments Retroactive rebate calculations Work on integration with: SAP MM SAP FI/CO SAP SD (if applicable) Readsoft invoice processing Support: Vendor invoice verification Accrual postings Credit memo generation Financial reconciliation Conduct: Functional specifications preparation Unit testing SIT/UAT support Defect resolution End-user training Collaborate with: Procurement teams Finance teams Technical/ABAP teams Business stakeholders Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Functional Expertise Strong experience in: SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management SAP Conditional Contracts Management (CCM) Vendor Rebates SAP MM Procurement processes Pricing and condition techniques Expertise in: Business Volume determination Condition contract settlement Accrual accounting Rebate calculations Credit memo processing Good understanding of: Procurement lifecycle Invoice verification GR/IR processes FI integration Technical & Configuration Knowledge Experience in configuring: Condition Contract Types Settlement Processes Settlement Calendars Pricing Procedures Condition Tables Access Sequences Account Keys Accrual Condition Types Output Determination BRF+ (preferred) Knowledge of SAP tables, reports, and settlement monitoring tools is preferred. Integration Knowledge Experience integrating CCM with: SAP MM Procurement SAP FI/CO Material Ledger SAP SD rebate scenarios (preferred) SAP Ariba / VIM integrations (nice to have) Mandatory Experience Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations involving Vendor Rebates / CCM Experience in support and enhancement projects Experience preparing: Functional Specifications Configuration documents Test scripts Training materials Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline SAP S/4HANA certification in MM or Sourcing & Procurement preferred Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder communication Ability to work independently with business users Strong documentation and presentation skills Nice to Have Experience in SAP ECC rebates to S/4HANA CCM migration Knowledge of CDS views/Fiori apps related to Settlement Management Exposure to SAP Central Procurement or Ariba Understanding of tax implications in rebate settlements Sample Project Scope Exposure The consultant should have experience handling scenarios such as: Annual vendor rebate agreements Slab-based procurement incentives Quarterly
