We’re looking for a Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant who is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Expense Management Tax (OTL/Tax Configuration) • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and design functional solutions. • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet business needs and compliance requirements. • Prepare and deliver functional documents: BRDs, MD50s, Test Scripts, Solution Designs, and Training Materials. • Support integrations with third-party and upstream/downstream systems. • Perform functional testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production deployment activities. • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues. • Analyze system updates/new releases and assess their impact on existing functionality. • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to business teams. • Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations (OIC), data migration (FBDI), and customizations. Qualifications • 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (depending on role level). • Strong hands-on knowledge of Fusion Financial modules. • Experience in full cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. • Strong understanding of financial accounting, month-end processes, and statutory compliance. • Expertise in: Chart of Accounts design Subledger Accounting (SLA) Period close activities Financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio) • Good knowledge of FBDI templates, ADFDI, and data migration processes. • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide scalable solutions. • Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills. Other Qualifications • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification. • Exposure to multi-currency, multi-GAAP, or multi-ledger environments. • Experience working with global teams and Agile methodologies.
