Or an equivalent combination of education and experience Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Support Sales Talent Recruiters throughout the recruiting lifecycle for independent contractor insurance sales agents. • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, recruiting events, and follow-up activities. • Manage candidate records and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system. • Ensure recruiting documentation, contracting paperwork, onboarding requirements, and candidate files are completed accurately and timely. • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding recruiting process questions, status updates, and onboarding activities. • Assist with recruiting campaigns, career fairs, virtual recruiting events, and local market recruiting initiatives. • Support candidate sourcing efforts by maintaining prospect databases, talent communities, referral tracking, and recruiting outreach lists. • Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and activity summaries for Sales Talent Recruiters and leadership. • Monitor recruiting activity and pipeline metrics to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency. • Coordinate pre-hire requirements, background checks, licensing-related documentation, and onboarding activities as applicable. • Maintain accurate records, databases, and recruiting files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance recruiter efficiency and candidate experience. • Provide administrative and operational support for recruiting projects and initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned.
