Your role Key responsibilities in your new role · Define new power management and power stage products · Translate customer needs into clear product requirements · Create product specifications, roadmaps, and datasheet inputs · Engage customers to understand future platform needs · Guide technical tradeoffs with design, packaging, applications, and validation teams · Track market trends, competitors, and product gaps · Support product launch, sampling, and customer adoption Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed · Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred · 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, power electronics , applications engineering, system architecture, or product definition · Strong understanding of DC-DC converters , multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies , and AI/datacenter power delivery architectures · Experience interpreting customer and system-level requirements and translating them into product specifications · Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills · Familiarity with power stage performance metrics , including efficiency, switching losses, thermal performance, current sensing, and protection features · Experience defining semiconductor products from concept through production · Knowledge of Intel VR, AMD SVI3, PMBus, telemetry , and server power architectures · Experience with competitive benchmarking and roadmap planning Infineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
