This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with other systems, and overseeing the release processes to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to define and enforce best practices and standards for platform configuration and integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and release management. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical understanding. - Continuously monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform. - Experience in designing and managing integrations within API management environments. - Strong knowledge of platform configuration and release management processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to packaged or SaaS solutions. - Familiarity with performance tuning and stability assurance techniques for enterprise platforms.
