What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Stanfield, NC. You’ll get to:  Complete a wide variety of work, electrical, plumbing, general building repairs, etc.  Perform safe work practices.  Keep work area clean and orderly. Must be able to work overtime if needed. Support, communicate, and drive Safety. Identify safety hazards and collaborate/investigate with team to resolve. Participate and engage with 6S projects, 6S 360 and SMED events. Ensure FIFO in order to keep the department inventory to recommended levels. Collaborate with team, machine operators, and supervisor. You also have :  High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must have one (1) year experience/training in industrial manufacturing maintenance or equivalent.  Ability to read blueprints and schematics Possess basic knowledge in Industrial Maintenance Electrical Principles, Industrial Maintenance of PLC’s, Maintaining Industrial Equipment, Fluid Power, and Fundamentals of Machine Tools, as verified by NOCTI testing scores.
