You’ll create impact by: Lead Local Accounting & Closing: Drive the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the general ledger and statutory financial statements are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with Vietnamese regulations and IFRS.

Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture centered on continuous learning and excellence. Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted business partner to the Country CFO and Regional Accounting Hub, while serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors. Digital Transformation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead digitalization initiatives by implementing AI, data analytics, and digital finance tools to boost productivity. Strategic Project Support: Provide expert accounting guidance for special projects, including M&A activities, restructuring, and new business models, while overseeing indirect and corporate tax matters. Your defining qualities:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 8 years of experience in multinational organizations (Siemens or similar industry preferred), including proven managerial experience. Professional Certifications: Must hold a valid Vietnamese Chief Accountant certificate and recognized professional credentials such as ACCA or CPA. Technical Expertise: Strong command of IFRS and Vietnamese GAAP, with advanced proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA), Microsoft Office, and modern digital finance solutions. Digital Innovation: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to optimize accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Communication & Analysis: Excellent analytical skills with professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse cultures and corporate functions.
