Job Description
Strong experience providing operating system administration support of RedHat Linux, particularly in a large-scale (5000+ servers) enterprise environment SME expertise on performance troubleshooting and server builds, good knowledge on LVM concepts, server patching, Vendor coordination, Hands-on experience using scripting (any language) to solve daily problems, generate reports, and automate tasks Server Monitoring and ticketing tool and change management. Hands-on experience using scripting (any language) to solve daily problems, generate reports, and automate tasks Performance troubleshooting and SSH , SFTP Server builds OS installation and kick start Setting file permissions Changing file owner & group User account creation Create SSH key for user accounts LVM (Logical volume manager) concepts & configuration to create LVM Server Monitoring and ticketing tool and change management Patching activities Vendor coordination and knowledge in remote data center management VMware L1 level skills Installing & Configuring NFS (Network Filesystem) server LVM (Logical volume manager) concepts & configuration
