ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures Wears assigned PPE in order to safely perform all job tasks Wears steel-toed boot for the duration of work shift Maintains a professional and positive attitude Reports any and all injuries to respective supervisor(s) Performs general housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and safe work area Attends company sponsored training when necessary Reports to work daily and on time unless otherwise excused Clean dried over pour from inside and tops of molds to prevent possible defect and stacking issues Reports issues which may result in poor quality to Production Supervisor Performs other duties as assigned or needed Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to receive and carry out instructions given by management Ability to model desired behavior and conduct for all employees Must be safe minded and alert during times of operation Demonstrated traits of honesty and integrity and ability to maintain confidential information Must have enough near/far/depth and color perception to satisfactorily paint mold Must understand written formulas for painting EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE The employee should have the following: No minimum education requirement No prior experience or training required ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee should possess the ability to: Prolong standing or in stationary position Complete repetitive movements such as typing Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable Complete repetitive movements Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection) Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds Ability to move or traverse about the facilities Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions.
