About you and this role Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for Occupational Health Nurse role located in Zhangjiagang Site, China. This role provides clinical care services, case management, health assessment program management/services, and general preventive health services.

Provide quality occupational health services to employees in Zhangjiagang Health Center to meet regulatory and company requirement, as well as business need. To be responsible for providing medical service to employees in Zhangjiagang site. To be responsible for all required health assessments and occupational medical surveillance program to the standard of Dow Health Services or the local government requirements whichever is most stringent. To provide health education and counseling. To provide first aid training to support implement health promotion program. To be responsible for the provision of immediate care and support to ill or injured employees and to actively participate in their early return to work and rehabilitation. To support EAP services provided to employees.       To provide travel health services to employees traveling on business.       To provide or be involved in the required communications. To develop and implement local health service procedures.    To provide professional support to ergo program.   Coordinate clinical quality assurance and operation efficiency. Coordinator ZJG clinical operation to assure operation efficiency and effectiveness. Participate regional health projection and contribute to regional health performance.

10+ years of working experience in medical science related sector. Active Medical license. Working experience in occupational health or corporate health management is preferred. Good communication skill, able to make clear and prompt communication to all relevant parties. Fluent in English both oral and written.
