EY-Parthenon Strategy is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join our growing practice as a Business Analyst.   As a Strategy Consultant, you’ll:

Analyse complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative research to develop meaningful insights and recommendations. Support strategy development, transformation, commercial due diligence and operational improvement projects across a range of industries. Conduct market, competitor, industry and financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks and support strategic decision-making. Prepare clear, concise and client-ready presentations, reports, business cases and supporting materials. Contribute to project workstreams, client workshops, interviews and meetings, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time. Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrate curiosity and initiative, and contribute to EY-Parthenon’s collaborative culture through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based in either Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne.   Skills and attributes for success

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into practical recommendations. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and compellingly. Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyse data and develop insights that support informed decision-making. Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Commercial awareness, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with data visualisation, AI and analytical tools is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with strong academic achievement
