About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager In this role, you will: Drive end-to-end delivery of digital product features by translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and enabling high-quality, compliant, and timely releases Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment Define acceptance criteria to align with business requirements. Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy Review and analyse complex content strategy, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Independently resolve complex issues Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives Lead or participate in variety of functions within the digital environment with focus on delivery coordination and execution. Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities. Assist with change management activities and documentation required before and after software releases. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve client/user issues and achieve goals. Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements. Contribute to planning related to the execution of the digital strategy and products.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: A BS degree or higher. Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with Business, Technology, Design and other functional areas. Experience with articulating business requirements into features and driving product launch. At least 5 years of experience in financial products, preferably commercial or corporate banking. Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple product priorities. Strong understanding of digital products, business transformation, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques. Demonstrable experience of engaging technology teams and other stakeholders to support important business decisions. Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline and agile software delivery. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or experience applying AI in product development is an added advantage. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
