What You'll Be Doing
Lead a team responsible for GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy across a global go-to-market organization Define the analytics roadmap and priorities that support business planning, performance management, forecasting, segmentation, and strategic decision-making Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that give senior leaders visibility into what is working, what is not, and where to focus Oversee customer and go-to-market data governance, quality, and consistency to ensure the business can trust the data it uses to make decisions Translate complex business questions from sales, marketing, and operations leaders into analytical approaches that deliver clear, actionable recommendations Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across go-to-market performance, customer behavior, and operational execution that inform strategy and resource allocation Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, systems, finance, and business teams to align on metrics, improve data activation, and drive accountability The Impact You Will Have Shape how Synopsys uses analytics and data to drive better go-to-market decisions, sharpen priorities, and improve execution across a 30,000-person global organization Improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of customer and go-to-market data so business leaders can move faster with greater confidence Build measurement frameworks and performance visibility that help senior leadership understand where growth is coming from and where it is at risk Enable more effective planning and forecasting by surfacing insights that connect customer trends, market dynamics, and internal execution Strengthen the connection between data science, customer data management, and business analytics so the organization treats data as a strategic lever, not just a reporting function Develop a high-performing team with diverse expertise that becomes a trusted partner to go-to-market leaders across the company Create a foundation for future analytics capabilities that scale with the business and adapt to evolving priorities What You'll Need 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, customer data management, or go-to-market strategy, with at least 5 years leading teams Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple analytics and data disciplines, including technical specialists and business-facing analysts Strong track record translating complex data and analysis into clear, compelling recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions Experience building executive-level reporting, performance management frameworks, and decision-support capabilities in a complex, matrixed organization Deep understanding of how analytics and data capabilities drive commercial performance, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic outcomes Experience
