In this dynamic environment, we are searching for an Advisory COO (Middle Office) Operations Specialist to join our team in Athens. Make a real impact Data accuracy and record management : Validate data , maintain accurate records , and update databases and documentation in line with procedures . Issue identification and escalation : Identify errors or gaps , escalate for resolution , and follow agreed task processes . Stakeholder support and communication : Work with teams and stakeholders to address queries , share updates , and communicate open items clearly . Operational execution : Support administrative work , documentation management , and cycle-based tasks as required . Joint Business Relationship operations support : Coordinate JBR requests , track queries and inputs , update statuses , and support timely process completion . JBR documentation and information coordination : Collect , organize , and check JBR documentation , including business inputs , forms , approvals , and correspondence . Salesforce and process monitoring support : Monitor JBR records and refreshes , follow up on inputs , and track status with relevant stakeholders . Process adherence and improvement: Follow workflows and controls, identify routine issues, and suggest practical improvements. What you bring matters Bachelor or Master degree , preferably in Business Administration, Management , Finance , Economics , or a related field . 1 to 3 years of elevant operational, administrative, or shared services experience Ability to follow structured processes with strong attention to detail . Comfortable working with data , reports , spreadsheets , records , and documentation . Understanding of operational workflows , procedures , and controls . Familiarity with Joint Business Relationship processes and exposure to SAP, salesforce or other enterprise systems will be considered valuable. Excellent communication and customer service skills .
