When you join the Information Technology Solutions organization, you will be part of our exciting program where you will spend two years with multiple assignments to help you gain a strong understanding of business processes, how to develop quality solutions and enable business decisions. Early in your career you will gain exposure to the variety of IT roles by having meaningful assignments from the start- because nothing beats real-world experience. Once your rotations are complete, you will be placed in a rewarding position that plays to your strengths. Information Technology Program participants have the opportunity to develop your skillsets in all areas of the software development process including: Front-End Software Development: Responsible for building the front-end portion of websites and web applications to allow smooth user access and interaction. You will build your knowledge and expertise in user interface, user experience, front end software engineering, design thinking, design specifications, cascading style sheets, programming languages such as JavaScript, JavaScript libraries such as React.js, search engines such as Elasticsearch, markup language such as HTML5, web frameworks such as Angular, and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap. Back-End Software Development: Responsible for developing and maintaining server-side application logic and integration, cloud native systems, and microservices. Your computer science, software design, software engineering, software development skills will be developed and honed. You will also have the opportunity to build on your experience using programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, REXX, and Assembler while also focusing on debugging, testability, compilers, code review, and scripting.
