About this role
We are looking for a growth-minded Business Manager – Vice President to join the Liquidity & Account Solutions Business Management team, supporting the North America Head of Liquidity & Account Solutions. Liquidity & Account Solutions provides solutions that help clients manage global operating liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies, and time zones. The industry is evolving rapidly as cash flows move toward 24x7, new technologies reshape platforms and distribution, and regulatory and market dynamics continue to shift. This is a highly visible role focused on deposit performance management, strategic execution, governance, and senior decision support across a dynamic, globally regulated business. As a Vice President in the Finance & Business Management team, you will optimize business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
Job responsibilities
Lead the North America Liquidity & Account Solutions business management agenda, including performance management, priority-setting, and senior decision support. Own management reporting and executive narratives: build and deliver high-quality materials for leadership reviews and forums; translate complex data into clear insights, options, and actions. Establish and run business cadence: OKRs, initiative tracking, and governance routines; define targets/metrics and monitor progress against outcomes. Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders on financial performance, forecasting inputs, expense discipline, and resource trade-offs tied to business priorities. Provide rapid-response executive support for ad-hoc requests, structured problem solving, and high-stakes deliverables - ensuring accuracy, clarity, and readiness for senior audiences. Enable effective stakeholder communication: ensure priorities and progress are consistently communicated across leadership and regional stakeholders. Support oversight, risk, and controls deliverables relevant to deposit strategy/governance, including coordination of audit/regulatory/compliance requests and documentation. Drive cross-functional initiatives across Liquidity & Account Solutions Product, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and other partners - ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills At least 7 years of experience in Financial Services with a track record of delivering outcomes in a matrixed organization. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams end-to-end, influence without authority, and drive execution across diverse stakeholders and geographies. Advanced commercial judgment; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and clearly framed trade-offs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging senior executives. Dynamic relationship-building skills and the ability to operate effectively across Product, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and regional teams. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability; advanced attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture view. Advanced prioritization and time management; able to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
