As a Celonis Academy Operations & Technology Working Student, you will be at the heart of building and scaling next-generation learning experiences. In this high-impact role at the intersection of edtech, process automation, and applied AI, you will manage day-to-day LMS operations, resolve technical and content queries for learners, and build seamless automated workflows using Make and Celonis Action Flows. Beyond standard operations, you will take a hands-on role in scaling our processes by leveraging AI to design, deploy, and operationalize agentic workflows that will shape the future of the Celonis Academy.

• Learner Support: Deliver timely, high-quality technical and content support to help learners navigate the platform and become Celonis experts.

• LMS Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain our Learning Management System to ensure seamless learning paths and platform stability.

• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated process flows using Make and Celonis Action Flows.

• Agentic Process Innovation: Identify operational bottlenecks and apply AI tools/agents to automate routine tasks, driving the Academy's transition toward AI-driven operations.

• Enrolled or just graduated in / from a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Passion for automation and low-code/no-code platforms (prior experience with Make, Zapier, or Action Flows is a strong plus).

• Basic knowledge or understanding of APIs.

• Strong curiosity about AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, with a desire to apply them in real-world business environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a learner-first mindset.

• Break down and convey complex topics in an intelligible way for different target audiences

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (working language).
