The team's mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.

Responsibilities - Responsible for Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) merchant facing product Strategy and Vision: - Define, manage, and evolve FBT service offerings, including merchant inbound, inventory management, goods management and reverse logistics. - Translate strategic objectives into a clear product roadmap that balances short-term execution with long-term innovation. Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with supply chain and seller experience. - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and requirements gathering to roadmap creation, development, rollout, and continuous improvement. - Act as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams — including supply chain operations, logistics, R&D, merchant operation and strategy teams — to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. Support FBT's global expansion and global business lines, including but not limited to UK, EU and US markets. - Drive continuous improvements and long term product vision with seller-centric feedback loop: Continuously gather feedback from sellers through surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Use this feedback to iterate on existing products and identify new opportunities for improvement.
