Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator II - Comm Data. The hourly rate for this position is $22.73 plus .50 shift differential per hour. What you’ll do: Eaton’s Electrical division is seeking a Machine Operator II to join our team. This position is at our Reno, NV facility. In this function you will: Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses Troubleshoot various machinery problems Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders QC and document all parts run on machines Retrieve and enter data into SAP computer system Inventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production Keep work areas clean and safe Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: No relocation package offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location to be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment More than 6 months of experience with forming or bending machines More than 6 months of experience reading drawings or blueprints Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.
Physical Requirements
Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift. Able to lift and bend on a continuous basis Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.
