Job Description
Position Purpose Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes for the Shared Services Office, aligned with Crown Mexico's plans and guidelines, to ensure the attraction, onboarding, development, and well-being of talent while fostering a positive work environment and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure the timely filling of vacancies with candidates who meet the required profiles. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements. Plan and coordinate the training schedule in collaboration with internal and external instructors to support the Annual Training Plan. Organize events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication campaigns that strengthen organizational culture and promote a positive work environment. Encourage employee participation in surveys and feedback initiatives to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience. Provide guidance and support to employees by delivering the information and resources needed to perform their roles effectively. Advise leaders and employees on performance management processes, ensuring proper use of SuccessFactors and the accuracy of recorded information. Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in recruitment and selection, training, internal communication, and employee relations. Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation. Experience using talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors). Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
