You help translate phase gate expectations and readiness criteria into actionable plans, coordinating across workstreams to   validate   progress,   identify   gaps, and ensure teams are prepared for upcoming milestones and delivery decisions. You effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping drive outcomes while ensuring alignment across stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery teams.   You build trust quickly with teammates, client stakeholders, and partners through your professionalism, reliability, and ability to deliver results. You collaborate effectively across business, functional, technical, testing, deployment, change, and PMO teams to   identify   dependencies, resolve challenges, and keep the program moving forward.   You enjoy solving complex problems and continuously look for ways to improve processes, simplify work, and increase program efficiency. You are comfortable operationalizing program management frameworks and toolsets such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, automation, Agentic AI, and GenAI-enabled capabilities to improve visibility, enhance quality, accelerate delivery, strengthen governance, and reduce administrative effort.   You stay current on SAP capabilities, delivery methodologies, and program   management   leading practices. You are comfortable translating delivery frameworks, requirements, and operating models into structured execution plans, standardized routines, and practical tool-enabled ways of working that teams can adopt and use with confidence.   You communicate clearly, listen actively, and lead with empathy. You take pride in helping clients transform their organizations and ensuring your area of responsibility is delivered with quality, predictability, transparency, and professionalism.     The Work:   Lead a PMO function or program management workstream, ensuring effective execution of governance activities, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management processes.   Establish and continuously improve ways of working, tools, governance processes, and reporting structures tailored to the client's needs and aligned with SAP delivery leading practices and Accenture methodologies.   Partner across delivery leadership, enablement teams, and workstreams to operationalize Accenture program management frameworks and toolsets, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, standardized templates, governance routines, and reporting cadences that enable consistent operational execution.   Manage and coordinate program activities across multiple workstreams, helping ensure alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and overall program   objectives .   Coordinate phase gate and readiness activities across workstreams,
