Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: The 199, S&P Global's in-house creative team, brings the brand strategy to life by transforming business objectives and customer insights into compelling, effective, and impactful creative work. We are the storytellers and designers who craft the visual and verbal expression of our brand. Responsibilities and Impact: Drive strategic visual communications across S&P Global's business divisions, connecting creative work with corporate priorities and brand systems Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, video, social media) while leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency and innovation Lead creative concept development from ideation to final execution, managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines Collaborate with global creative teams and key stakeholders, presenting complex creative concepts clearly and integrating feedback effectively Apply deep understanding of financial markets and target audiences to create customer-focused solutions that drive business objectives Establish visual hierarchies and harmonious design systems with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 2-4+ years of Art Director experience in creative agencies or in-house teams, with demonstrated expertise across digital, print, branding, and video mediums Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, or similar creative tools Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work and strategic thinking across multiple communication channels Fluent English communication skills with ability to present creative concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders Ability to work hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days per week in Buenos Aires office Additional Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience with strong foundation in design principles and visual problem-solving Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B marketing with understanding of complex data visualization and corporate communications Advanced expertise in motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing platforms, plus experience with web design principles Proven track record of leading creative projects independently while demonstrating strong analytical and time management skills in fast-paced environments Passion for innovative storytelling and brand visualization with experience in emerging design trends, AI-assisted creative workflows, and systems-based design thinking We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office.
