As a Filling Supervisor, you play a key role in the physical production that helps Baxter fulfill its mission to save and sustain lives. You coordinate efforts to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality products. In your managerial capacity, you act as the important connection between the business and employees on the floor.

Improve the efficiency of team members through detailed training, mentoring during feedback reviews, and daily activities to improve skills. Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment on the line(s). Supply technical support to employees to resolve quality and equipment issues. Participate and complete NCR’s and CAPA’s. Identify and implement Value Improvement Projects to reduce product cost or improve quality. Ensure all activities and products align with specifications and GMP’s. Meet financial commitments by ensuring budgeted labor standards are met. Support dry runs during planned shutdowns. Follow all applicable procedures related to the role, ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements.

People management experience with mentoring and team development skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
