HPC | AI Infrastructure | Configuration Service Delivery Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to support deployment, configuration, validation, and operational excellence of large-scale AI and High Performance Computing environments. This role focuses on service delivery, operational readiness, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure services.

Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments. Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across large-scale deployments. Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities. Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and configuration management processes. Monitor cluster health, configuration status, capacity, and service performance. Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service reliability and efficiency. Implement monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational analytics capabilities. Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement initiatives. Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations. Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes. Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments. Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments. Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience supporting AI training clusters, GPU infrastructure, or HPC environments. Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps, and operational best practices. Experience with monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms. Knowledge of cluster orchestration and platform lifecycle management. Bachelor degree in a related technical discipline.
