In the role of Warehouse-Line Lead working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Warehouse team at the Golden Brewery. You will lead, coach and motivate an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system. Leverages Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain principles and best work practices.
This position reports to Sr Mgr Customer Service and Supply.
What Youll be Brewing
• Most importantly, you will lead a team of 55 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
• Leads safety and quality culture initiatives through support and participation.
• Ensures team understands and adheres to the operational and process standards, utilizing World Class Supply Chain tools.
• Manages and maintains budget standards (e.g. labor, finished goods loss) and develops new methods for continuously improving on these standards.
Key Ingredients

• BS or BA in Business, Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and demonstrated capability of SAP.
• Awareness of OSHA regulations, GMP, State Agricultural practices/policies, TTB regulations, plant safety regulations, FDA guidelines for food plant operations and environmental regulations regarding manufacturing brewery operations.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor.
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
• You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments .
