Overview: We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our EAME Treasury team based in Luxembourg. This position is full-time and reports to our Treasury Manager. Our EAME team is responsible not only for the region’s treasury operations, but also for certain centralized activities. As a Treasury Analyst, you will help optimize our banking structure, manage short-term cash forecasting, oversee our global intercompany settlement and cash pooling processes, prepare reports on our securitization facilities, and support currency hedging activities. You will also learn to use Kyriba, our Treasury Management System, in your day-to-day work. In addition, you will also provide support in daily payments, cash forecast, bank guarantee issuance, borrowing and repayment of our debt, and other treasury activities. Role
Responsibilities: As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for: Support daily cash management activities, cash positioning and processing treasury payments. Assist with periodic cash forecasting and hedging activities, including FX trading, analysis, and reconciliation. Support the management of intercompany loan programs, including setting interest rates and interest calculations. Assist in managing our bank accounts in the EAME region. This includes updating bank mandates, opening and closing of bank accounts, tracking bank fees. Assist with preparing securitization reports and analysis. Liaising with internal and external counterparts regarding treasury matters. Acting as admin for treasury systems, online banking and trading platform. Participating and developing treasury manuals and policies. Support ad hoc tasks as necessary. Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for
University degree in finance or relevant business degree. 2+ years of relevant professional experience in finance and/ or corporate treasury. Working knowledge of FX products and debt instruments is an advantage . Experience with TMS, especially Kyriba, is a plus. Flexible, team player with a can-do/positive attitude. Details oriented and analytical. Solid problem-solving skills. Able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various internal and external parties at various levels.
