Provides leadership and oversight for employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and other HR functions. Partners with property and corporate leadership to implement strategic Human Resources initiatives that support business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and promote a positive team member experience. Serves as a key business partner to senior management while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
