This position reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager and will work closely with the Quebec Supply Chain Human Resources team. The incumbent will also collaborate with various operational business units to provide support and ensure that human resources, culture, and employee engagement initiatives are fully implemented.

• Manage, administer, and optimize the employee recognition and engagement program for the Quebec Supply Chain.

• Lead the organization of employee recognition events and activities by working with internal teams and external vendors.

• Manage and enhance the HR dashboard and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Human Resources team. Produce and maintain reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making, guide strategic initiatives, and improve organizational performance within the Quebec Supply Chain.
