Lead the full project lifecycle—from feasibility analysis and design coordination to bid preparation, construction oversight and - while ensuring compliance with all internal, regulatory, and international‑trade requirements.  Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for machinery acquisition and installation Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure new equipment aligns with production requirements Conducting market research and evaluating vendor proposals to identify optimal machinery solutions Overseeing equipment installation and commissioning with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors Validating and documenting machinery performance against defined specifications including factory acceptance tests Delivering regular updates to stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior leadership Preparing and monitoring capital and expense budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial targets Collaborating with Procurement on scheduling, bidding, and acquiring equipment and services Supporting lean manufacturing and International Trade Compliance (ITC) initiatives   WHY JOIN US Your Health, Your Wealth, Your Life As an employee at Lockheed Martin, your health and well being are paramount.  From medical insurance, to legal help and tuition reimbursement, we provide benefits to improve your life.  BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience or a Master's Degree with 3+ years professional experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an industrial setting Proven track record of successfully managing projects from procurement to installation Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices Proven experience in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Experience in leading a team, as well as the proven ability to work effectively within a team environment. U.S Citizenship Required Desired Skills 
 Construction Management degree preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with the ability to present to internal and external customers within LM. Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with management, employees and customers, and interface with various departments. Possess strong adaptability skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks. Willing to work in a creative, fast-paced atmosphere and as a team player.
