Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Specialist

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Specialist reporting to the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll play a critical role in enhancing financial performance visibility and enabling global growth. Participate in monthly accounting close, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support business awareness and effective resource planning. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with commentary to support business planning and performance control. Manage forecasting processes for projects, resources, and organizational units, including analysis of key business and financial decisions. Support managers with analysis of team cost baselines, resource planning, and project costs. Build and consolidate management reports, perform SOX controls, and respond to audit requests.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in finance, accounting, project accounting, management consulting, or a similar area. Solid understanding of accounting principles and commonly used financial controlling methods and models. Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of cost, revenue, and cash-flow impacts across business activities. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with OneStream or other financial planning and reporting tools is a plus. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Familiarity with SOX compliance or internal audit processes. Location This position is located in  Vilnius, Lithuania  and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office.
