Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation Programs Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite – 3 Days a week) Job Description As a Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation Programs, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that modernize business processes, integrate critical systems, and deliver scalable digital transformation outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, technology, and stakeholder engagement. You will guide programs from initiation through go-live and stabilization, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive delivery excellence. Success in this role requires deep IT project management experience, strong Agile delivery expertise, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and a proven ability to lead ERP implementation or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology and transformation programs, including ERP implementations, system integrations, business process modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. Drive Agile project execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, transparency, and measurable progress. Use  Azure DevOps (ADO)  to manage backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, user stories, reporting, dashboards, and project governance. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and change requests with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
