UK&I FS Partner Experience Leader Level 4: Associate Director Location: Any UK or Ireland Office Hybrid working: Currently a minimum one day per week in the office The Role: The UK&I FS Partner Experience Leader is accountable for leading the Partner Talent agenda across the UK&I Financial Services business, ensuring a high-performing, future-ready and engaged Partner population. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues from across the Super Region and UK&I FS to deliver a consistent Partner experience which leverages the enablement functions provided by UKI. A key objective of the role is to work closely with colleagues from across the various Talent functions to streamline processes and wherever possible, have a single process operated across the Super Region. The role sits at the centre of Partner talent, performance and development, driving a coherent and connected experience from promotion pipeline through to senior partnership and succession. The role provides leadership of Partner Performance, Development, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews and Partner Experience, working closely with Strategic Talent Partner, Head of UK&I FS Talent, Service Line Leaders, Super Region Talent Development and broader business leadership to strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance partner effectiveness and support thelong-term success of the partnership. The role acts as the connector across multiple talent processes, ensuring an integrated approach that supports business priorities, strengthens leadership pipelines and enhances the overall partner proposition. As the owner of the UK&I FS Partner Support framework and associated talent processes, the role is responsible for ensuring the Partner proposition remains relevant, impactful and aligned to evolving business priorities. The role delivers insight-led talent strategies, oversees key partner lifecycle activities and drives the continuous enhancement of the Partner experience across all career stages. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management and strong programme leadership skills to influence senior leaders, drive change and deliver measurable impact across the Partner population. Key Responsibilities: Team leadership
Lead a small team of Talent colleagues to deliver across the partner talent agenda. Work closely with colleagues from across the UKI Talent function to deliver one consistent talent experience to our Partners. Bring together virtual teams as needed to deliver the requirements of the partner talent agenda.
Partner Development & Leadership Capability
Own the UK&I FS Partner development strategy and portfolio. Oversee Partner Readiness, Career Advocacy, executive coaching and leadership development initiatives. Curate development experiences aligned to business priorities and future leadership requirements. Ensure effective integation of global, regional and UK&I development offerings.
Partner Experience
Working with the L&D team, evolve the UK&I FS Partner Support Model and associated development ecosystem ensuring appropriate support at the key partner stages – pre-partner, early stage, general stage, and through to retirement. Ensure an exceptional experience across key partner career milestones, including admission, onboarding, promotion and leadership transitions. Leverage partner feedback, talent insights and business requirements to continuously enhance the Partner proposition.
Internal Admit Partner Facilitation
Oversee the partner promotion and admission processes for EP and NEP. Partner Performance & Talent Governance Working closely with the Super Region Partner
