Buyer, Global - Pottery Barn

The Buyer is responsible for leading category and market performance across franchise businesses while driving financial results, assortment strategies, and partner alignment. This role owns multi-market business performance, develops growth strategies, and influences franchise partners to achieve sales, margin, inventory, and customer experience objectives. The Buyer also provides leadership and development to merchandising team members while partnering cross-functionally to execute business priorities and long-term growth initiatives.
