 Security Clearance Status: Not Required The Test Technician will be a part of a team testing ejection seats and other aerospace and defense technologies. The team performs test operations at a supersonic rocket track, and this individual will support the test team with the wide variety of tasks needed for these projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain and repair facilities including water lines, buildings, etc. Operating equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, and road graders Loading and unloading rocket motors from test sleds Cleaning and maintaining test track Support building, maintaining and upgrading test equipment and fixtures QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE: Experience in a trade, facility maintenance, mechanical or aerospace repairs and maintenance Experience with office computer software packages Strong communication skills Experience with organizing and multi-tasking Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
