Sales Support Experienced Professional (UAE National)

As a sales support specialist you will be responsible for managing inventories and tracking purchase orders for customers. Take your career to the next level As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for: Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries Track Purchase Order status Engage with manufacturing plants to follow up and ensure on-time equipment readiness Create and submit sales invoices Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis Engage with billing team for month closure Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s from an accredited university Have a maximum of 1-3 years of experience. Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills Be ok to work in Abu Dhabi 2-3 days / week. Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.
