Telesolutions Advisor (Full-Time)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. Salary range (but not limited to): 37,400 - 45,700   About the role We are looking for a full-time Telesolutions Advisor to join our growing team! Please note that this is an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility of an extension and a permanent position based on your performance. What you’ll do: Build strong relationships with clients and quickly connect them with licensed agents. Contact current and potential clients to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs with a licensed agent, either immediately or at a later date. Promote our products and services while acting as a strong ambassador for the brand. Actively participate in your team’s projects. What you bring: Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt your approach to clients’ needs and profiles in order to maximize sales opportunities. Ability to adapt to changes in the company’s products, services, or policies. Bilingualism in French and English. This role requires making calls and providing services to English-speaking clients on a regular basis. Team spirit and a collaborative approach. A dynamic and energetic personality. No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
